DLA Piper’s Corporate practice is growing, and we are looking for a high performing Senior Associate with ECM and M&A experience to join our team based in Brisbane or Sydney.  This opportunity will involve you working closely with our Partners who are leaders in their fields and playing a key role in supporting the world’s leading enterprises and brightest start-ups in their development, growth and investment activities.

You will be central to this offering, helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Piper’s global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it. 

You will enjoy leading on a range of complex matters with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.
