We are recruiting for high performing Finance Analysts in Accounts Payable to join our Shared Service Centre based in Brisbane servicing the APAC region.
As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for processing invoices efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements and customer expectations. You will have a solutions-oriented approach, responding to enquiries and resolving open items with vendors.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coding and processing invoices in line with procedures and firm policies
- Ensuring that all processed documents are posted in accordance with accounting rules and legal compliance
- Effectively managing stakeholder requests and enquiries
- Performing all activities in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Assisting with reviewing and maintaining process documentation
ABOUT YOU
- 2 years of experience in a Finance department, preferably in Accounts Payable (with familiarity with MS Office, SAP accounting software)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high levels of attention to detail (fluent Chinese language skills both written and verbal will be considered favorably to support the team in reading and translating both traditional and simplified Chinese invoices)
- A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent organisational skills and capability of working to tight timeframes while remaining calm under pressure
- Capability of working autonomously as well as part of a virtual team
- Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre environment will be a strong asset
