DLA Piper's Investment Management & Funds (IM&F) practice is growing, and we are looking for a Solicitor to join our team in Brisbane.

You will work closely with our Head of Australian Investment Management and Funds practice and our senior Partners in the IM&F Australian team and be part of one of the largest investment management and funds practices in the world.  With dedicated lawyers working across key global jurisdictions, DLA Piper is ranked #1 for global M&A by deal count for the past 16 years and has one of the largest investment management and funds practices in the world. Main duties and responsibilities

• Work across a range of funds formation and transactional work, including cross border investments.
• Transaction support on deals focussing on real assets sectors including PE, energy/renewables, debt, real estate and infrastructure.
• Provide high quality advice to a broad range of blue-chip global and domestic asset management clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About you 

• 2-4 years PQE with experience within funds at a leading firm.
• Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Outstanding academics.
