DLA Piper's Corporate Melbourne practice is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Associate (ideally with 5 – 7 years’ experience) to join the team. This opportunity will see you working within an integrated international corporate team with a strong and growing, Australian market presence. 

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior Partners on a diverse range of corporate matters and clients, from Mergers & Acquisitions and venture capital to private and public equity and debt offerings. Our corporate team support the world’s leading enterprises, emerging start-up companies and financial institutions in their development and investment activities. 

You will be part of a team ranked #1 for global Mergers & Acquisitions by deal count for 13 years, supporting the world’s leading enterprises, emerging start-up companies and financial institutions in their development and investment activities.
