DLA Piper's Litigation & Regulatory practice is seeking a talented and ambitious Solicitor to join our growing Melbourne team. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of one of the largest Litigation & Regulatory practices globally, collaborating with leading lawyers across key international jurisdictions on high-profile and complex matters.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with Kieran O'Brien, Global Co-Chair of Class Actions and Mass Torts, and gain exposure to a broad range of sophisticated and challenging disputes.

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, sport, insurance, and food and beverage, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile matters that have significant commercial and strategic importance for our clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build your expertise on market-leading matters while working alongside recognised leaders in their field.

 

About you

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and commercially minded lawyer who brings:

  • 2- 4 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice
  • Strong litigation and dispute resolution experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative approach and strong team orientation
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
