Trainee Lawyer

Main duties and responsibilities

• Advising companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law;
• Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes;
• Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter.

About you

• Law degree with great academic results;
• Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2027;
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English;
• Minimum 6 months' experience in town planning, building and environmental law;
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines;
• Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude;
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence.
