We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer to join our Real Estate Town Planning team within our market leading real estate group in Milan.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Advising companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law.
• Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes.
• Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter.

About you

• Law degree with great academic results.
• We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 2 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in town planning, building and environmental law.
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude.
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence.
