We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer to join our Real Estate Town Planning team within our market leading real estate group in Milan.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Advising companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law;
  • Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes;
  • Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter.

 

About you

  • Law degree with great academic results;
  • We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 2 and 3 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role;
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English;
  • Previous experience in town planning, building and environmental law;
  • Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines;
  • Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude;
  • Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
