We are currently recruiting a talented and experienced lawyer to join our market leading Finance and Projects team in Milan. If you’re a bright and ambitious Italian Qualified Lawyer with a solid experience of bankruptcy procedures, restructuring and bankruptcy law, an excellent command of verbal and written English (any other main foreign language would also be a real asset), bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. 

Main duties and responsibilities

• Assisting in multiple debt restructuring of large companies in crisis and in the structuring of complex investment operations in distressed companies or financial institutions;
• Advising distressed entities, investors and creditors to deal with the crisis and the related insolvency proceedings.

About you 

• Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar;
• We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 3 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role;
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English;
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines;
  Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude;
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence;
• Open to changing environment which requires daily learning.
