Junior Associate - Banking

DLA Piper is a global law firm with offices in more than 40 countries around the world, from the Americas to Europe, the Middle East to Africa and the Asia Pacific region. DLA Piper's Prague office will be celebrating 20 years in the Czech market and provides legal advice in the areas of commercial and corporate law, real estate, banking and financial transactions, dispute resolution and arbitration, employment and technology law, including AI and cybersecurity.

DLA Piper's Prague office is looking for a Junior Associate to join its team.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has a genuine interest in banking transactions and financing
  • is eager to further develop their expertise in corporate law
  • is proficient in legal English, both written and spoken
  • has a strong client-oriented mindset and consistently meets deadlines
  • is a reliable team player who can also work independently
  • is enthusiastic about actively engaging in the firm’s marketing and networking activities
