Receptionist

DLA Piper is a global law firm with offices in more than 40 countries around the world, from the Americas to Europe, the Middle East to Africa and the Asia Pacific region. DLA Piper's Prague office will be celebrating 20 years in the Czech market and provides legal advice in the areas of commercial and corporate law, real estate, banking and financial transactions, dispute resolution and arbitration, employment and technology law, including AI and cybersecurity.

 

DLA Piper’s Prague office is looking for a Receptionist to join its team.

 

We are looking for a candidate who will:
• ensure the smooth running of the reception,
• assist with organizing internal events and meetings,
• handle correspondence, phone calls, and basic administrative tasks,

 

We expect:
• proficiency in using a PC (MS Office),
• english at a minimum B1 level – both spoken and written,
• a pleasant and professional demeanor,
• independence, reliability, and attention to detail,
• willingness to work on-site daily in six-hour shifts as part of a shift schedule (08:00–14:00 or 13:00–19:00).
