Early Careers Manager
An opportunity is available for an Early Careers Manager (12 month contract) to join our highly regarded Human Resources team in Australia renowned for their supportive, high performing and collaborative culture. As our Early Careers Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, operations and evolution of our Early Careers Program and Graduate Development nationally. This role can be based in any of our office locations (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth).

Main duties and responsibilities
- Leading all program management activity including induction, rotations, insight sessions, and the end-to-end performance management process
- Leading the graduate development program ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, collaborating with our leaders on enhancements
- Facilitating workshops and other learning experiences, as well as providing guidance and training to people leaders
- Managing our Early Careers program and development budgets and ensuring commercial accountability
- Measuring program return on investment and developing and presenting reports and insights to inform decision-making
