We’re currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Legal Administration Team in Sydney, supporting our Litigation and Regulatory practice group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple fee earners by delivering high-quality administrative services. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, efficiency, and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing electronic and paper filing systems
• Handling accounts payable and expense claims
• Maintaining client databases and matter files
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Performing general administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, filing)

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 2+ years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Confidence working with numbers and managing competing priorities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
