Junior HR Operations Specialist
Support the effective delivery of Recruitment Operations processes by ensuring high-quality administrative and operational support.
The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting stakeholders, and enabling a smooth and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring compliance with internal standards, procedures, and service levels.
This is a fixed-term role for approximately 6 months.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day Recruitment Operations support in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates) to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience
- Manage and maintain accurate records within recruitment and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Support coordination and execution of key recruitment activities across the end-to-end process
- Handle candidate and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and resolution
- Process and store sensitive candidate data in line with company policies and data protection standards
- Maintain and update process documentation, reports, and trackers as required
- Apply and promote best practices in Recruitment Operations processes
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively suggest enhancements within own area of responsibility

- Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, administration, or shared services environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with ATS or HR systems (nice to have)
