Our Marketing & Business Development team is looking for a Pitching Specialist! If you want to develop your skills, work with lawyers on key projects, and have a real impact on the growth of our law firm, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing pitch documents in close cooperation with lawyers;
- Managing the pitching process within the firm and improving its efficiency;
- Creating and updating pitch and marketing documentation;
- Overseeing the firm’s experience database, including information on past projects, transactions and achievements;
- Implementing global marketing tools at the local level.
ABOUT YOU
- you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the legal sector or a related industry (consulting, advisory services, etc.);
- you are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- you are proactive and can initiate new solutions;
- you manage projects effectively and works well under pressure;
- you are interested in modern marketing tools and technologies used in supporting the pitching process;
- you have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness;
- you are fluent in both spoken and written Polish and English (minimum level C1).
